Khartoum – Minister of Social Security and Development, Lieutenant General, Dr. Suad Al-Karib and a number of ministers attended the celebration of Al-Hakim Center for Press and Media Services and Paradise Hotel of the World Day for Women and Mother’s Day, where, where the female public figure was honored and community initiatives supporting women, children and education were also honored, beside honorable of Mashair Al-Dawalab as the year public figure and Ahmed Al-Faya as a supporter of education through Neda Al – Nour initiative in supporting education, in addition that 15 mothers were honored.
Al-Karib hailed the efforts of Sudanese women in various fields, saying that the choice of Al-Dawlab as the figure of the year came consistent with her tangible and clear efforts and her contribution on supporting women’s issues and children, stressing her ministry’s keenness to continue supporting women’s projects.
Secretary General of Al-Zakat Chamber, Dr. Mohamed Abdul Razeq pointed to the women’s projects carried out by the chamber in all the states of the country, to achieve family stability and development of women, praising the initiative to honor the active female figures in society.
The Director General of the Paradise Hotel thanked those who participated in this program, saying that this is proof of the greatness of mother.
Secretary General of Hamam Al-Salam Charitable Organization (HAICO), Al-Safi Salim Ahmed greeted all mothers in the world, especially the Sudanese mother, who said that her role has emerged in all walks of life and through the extended historical periods.
For his part, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Hakim Center for Press and Media Services Al-Sir Al-Qasas expressed their happiness in the presence of mothers and activists in defense of women’s rights, stressing that the celebration of women’s figure, Mashair Al-Dawalab, is a gratitude to women’s efforts in various fields, and attention to childhood.
